Our delivery times

Products in stock

We have a stock of more than 1000 products that can be delivered within 48 hours for Paris and the Paris region , or within 10 days for other regions as well as Corsica , Belgium and Luxembourg . These items are visible in the In stock category.

Products in production

If our products are not in stock, we have a manufacturing time of 8 to 10 weeks because we will manufacture it for you! The stock may vary depending on the chosen color. Click on the color dots of your favorite product to discover, under the image, the associated delivery times . You also have the possibility to filter your search from the collection page using the "In stock" sorting tool.

Delivery process

When you place your order, we give you the option to choose your desired delivery date from the calendar . In Paris and the Paris region, you will receive a text message the day before the chosen day , in which you will be informed of your 2/3 hour time slot .

For all other regions , Belgium and Luxembourg , you will receive an email to inform you of the shipment of your order. A few days later, our carrier will contact you by SMS so that you can confirm a final delivery date . You will then receive an SMS the day before the chosen day, in which you will be informed of your 2/3 hour time slot.

Our delivery drivers can deliver from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

Paris and the Paris region

You can choose a delivery date that suits you. When your order is ready, our carrier will send you a text message the day before the chosen date, indicating the delivery time slot.

Which delivery should I choose?

Delivery without installation: Your order will be delivered to the truck. You will then be responsible for collecting your packages. We recommend carefully checking the number of packages delivered and the condition of the packaging before signing the delivery slip. No products will be taken upstairs or unpacked inside your home.

Delivery without installation at the door: Your order will be delivered to your door and upstairs. You will then be responsible for collecting your packages. We recommend that you carefully check the number of packages delivered and the condition of the packaging before signing the delivery slip. No products will be unpacked inside your home.

Delivery with installation: Two delivery drivers will install your order at your home. They will deliver the sofa beds in three packages (rolled sofa, armrests, and mattress) and will remove the packaging. For mainland French islands (excluding Corsica), delivery is made to the ferry terminal. Above the 5th floor without an elevator, a €30 surcharge per floor must be paid to the delivery company (check or cash).

Delivery with installation and collection: Two delivery drivers will clear away your old sofa, then install your new order in the room of your choice, also removing the packaging. Important: The collection request for your old sofa must be made at the time of ordering (charged at €60).

Does your sofa fit through your door?

The convertible sofas arrive in 3 packages : the sofa , its armrests and the mattress vacuum-rolled in a cardboard box, to facilitate its passage and installation.

Package dimensions:

  • For a 120 cm bed with packaging: L 150 x H 90 x D 97

  • For a 140 cm bed with packaging: L 170 x H 90 x D 97

  • For a 160 cm bed with packaging: L 190 x H 90 x D 97

Once unpacked, remove 5cm from each package.

In case of narrow passage , the sofa must be unpacked and placed in an upright position so as to first pass the seat and then the backrest. If necessary, please note that all our sofas are disassemblable and that the disassembly and reassembly service will be charged €129.

How to postpone your delivery?

It is imperative to inform us of any changes at least 10 days before the initially planned delivery date.

This delay is necessary to allow us to efficiently reorganize our logistics schedule and to guarantee that your new delivery takes place in the best conditions.

Any request made after this deadline may not be able to be taken into account without additional costs .

I was absent on the day of my delivery

The carrier will contact you shortly to arrange a new delivery date .

However, we would like to inform you that an additional fee of €120 will be applied for this reorganization.

These fees cover the costs associated with logistics management and reallocation of resources needed to ensure the new delivery.

Any request made after this deadline may not be able to be taken into account without additional costs .

What are the conditions for making a return?

We understand that buying a sofa bed or furniture online can be difficult, doubt is part of life! That's why you benefit from a 14-day money-back trial from the moment you receive it.
If the product does not suit you or you change your mind, contact us here to arrange its return.

The product must be returned without signs of wear . The refund will be made after recovery and verification , excluding return costs which remain your responsibility. This period may be extended if the return takes longer.
